For primary and secondary schools, the 2026 school year begins on 2 January, with breaks between terms 1 and 2 (14–22 March), between semesters 1 and 2 (30 May–28 June), between terms 3 and 4 (5–13 September), and the year-end holidays from 21 November to 31 December.

Are Singapore school holiday dates the same for junior colleges?

The mid-term and mid-year breaks are the same across primary, secondary, junior colleges and the Millennia Institute. The year-end holidays differ: primary and secondary break from 21 November 2026, while junior colleges and the Millennia Institute break from 28 November 2026.
